P. Agnes recently transformed an existing space on the 2nd floor of Netrality’s 401 North Broad Street into a state-of-the-art headquarters and research facility for Biomeme.
Renovations were completed for the University of Pennsylvania’s famed Palestra ahead of the 2021-22 basketball season.
The 92,500 square foot LRSM building houses teaching and research labs, classrooms and academic offices. Following a feasibility study, P. Agnes was selected to perform HVAC renovations, which are underway.
Construction is in full swing for the highly anticipated Ohio Avenue Medical Arts Pavilion for AtlantiCare, and through the use of our in-house drone technology, one of our drone pilots was able to capture the recent progress.
The recently completed campus revitalization project at Jefferson Washington Township Hospital, includes the addition of an 8- level parking garage and a 7-floor patient tower.
P. Agnes recently completed their first project with Haven Behavioral Hospital which featured the renovation of 1,700 sq ft of space on the 5th floor of the existing behavioral hospital.
Biomeme will relocate their headquarters, lab, and production space to 401 N. Broad Street with the help of P. Agnes.
